A 45min exercise class designed for heathy pregnant women from 16 weeks onwards. Thanks to the support in the water, the exercise is gentle on the joints. It will allow you to exercise using your own body weight and the resistance of the water. A relaxing way to exercise while looking after the wellbeing of the mother and child.
